Peter Bertacco
Peter Bertacco has been an expert in the financial services remediation arena since 2013 with a decade of experience in the UK and Australia. He has acquired significant experience in delivering strategic change and how to conduct small and large-scale customer remediation programs while working in the UK with the RBS/NatWest Group as Finance Director and part of the operational delivery senior leadership team and more recently involved in AFSL Fee For No Service and AFSL Quality of Advice remediation reviews in Australia, the major client being Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).
Relocating from the UK to his hometown, Melbourne, in 2019, he commenced consulting within financial services remediation. Peter realised the opportunity for an industry wide need for a purpose built, easily deployable, scalable workflow solution which manages ongoing compliance assessment and remediation reviews at a compelling price point and a solution that is flexible and adaptable to in-flight changes to methodology and operational processes.
Under Resolve Evolve Technology the company has partnered with two innovative software providers, NQRY and Castlepoint Systems, to provide a software solution that delivers real value for clients.
