Resolve Evolve is a team of banking remediation specialists with decades of experience in financial services, and 10 years experience designing and managing large-scale, multi-year remediation programs. Two of these programs, at the Royal Bank of Scotland (NatWest Group), were amongst the largest in UK history.
We have designed and built a remediation workflow tool, RemedioUX, which we believe is best-in-class, and can be adapted to any remediation program methodology, operational process, or reporting requirement.
Our flexible and adaptable product design overcomes the significant time and expense which is often associated with in-flight changes to methodology or operational delivery requirements. Our operational control framework is designed to provide a strong and easily accessible audit trail by ensuring transparency and traceability around every element of the operational delivery process, and our granular approach to management information (“MI”) ensures insightful reporting to support decision making. The MI is designed with key internal stakeholders (such as project delivery teams and executive leadership) and key external stakeholders (such as regulators and customers) in mind.
RemedioUX is a turn-key solution utilising both case management and BPM workflow functionality, and can be easily adapted with minimal disruption to changing program requirements. The tool can be hosted in the cloud or deployed in-house. We believe that the deployment and operating cost is significantly less than that offered by competitors, and our flexible design can save prospective clients millions of dollars in operating costs through the lifetime of a typical remediation program.

Peter Bertacco has 25+ years' of financial services experience having been a trusted advisor and member of senior leadership teams within investment, retail & commercial banking and within funds and wealth management while holding senior finance positions in the core business and on remediation, technology & operational transformation programs.
